In all the projects he initiated across, a dream of a Higher Education Learning Institution in Matawa Stands above all.  Though on a slow pace, the construction of Matawa Polytechnic was launched. Trip To Nairobi City Best Player 2015/16 T.Y.G Cup NOVEMBER 2016, Maxwell, who was voted as the best player of 2015/16 season by fellow T.Y.G fc team mates got a chance to visit NAIROBI, the capital city of Kenya, courtesy of Transformers Youth Group. In order to  motivate  the young talented and upcoming players from the Mumias region and beyond, T.Y.G, through the support of friends, launched the B est Player Tour , in which the first Phase came in 2016, Phase 2 will be unveiled soon. Through this program, we hope to create a positive mentality about God given talent, and enable our youths to realize how worth talent and skills are. In 2015/2016, Maxwell, current student at Bubaka Secondary School scored 3 goals for TYG fc.  In 2 Day Trip to the City, Max visited a number of iconic places within Nairobi, KICC, Nyayo, City Park, Uhuru Park, just to mention a few.
